Hotel Recamier - Paris

Boutique hotel on Place Saint-Sulpice with Jean-Louis Deniot design

Location & Surroundings

Located on Place Saint Sulpice in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, Hotel Recamier is a former Bourgeois family home. The square is quiet yet steps from Luxembourg Gardens (700 ft) and the Eugène Delacroix Museum. Saint-Sulpice Metro Station is a 4-minute walk, giving direct access to the Louvre and Orsay Museums.

Design & Rooms

Interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot created the hotel's look, with luxury fabrics and canopy beds in each room. Some rooms offer views of the square and Saint-Sulpice church; others overlook the courtyard. The hotel has 24 rooms, an elevator, and family rooms for guests traveling with children.

Dining & Afternoon Tea

Breakfast is served in a pastel-colored lounge or delivered to guest rooms, with hot made-to-order eggs. From 16:00 to 18:00, free tea is offered daily in the lounge, along with pastries. On warm days, guests can sit on the terrace under lanterns.

Services & Hospitality

The 24-hour front desk staff provide concierge service, luggage storage, and private check-in/check-out. Guests can arrange airport shuttles, dry cleaning, and ironing service. The hotel also offers a safety deposit box, 24-hour security, and fire extinguishers.
